I signed up for a plan option with the company after a customer service person pretty much forced me into buying it and told me that if I was not happy, i could contact them for a refund. That night after perusing the company’s web site, I found an entry that was contrary to what the customer5 service analyst informed me. I started emailing them and phoning them to request cancellation of the plan, which I was advised was completed and that my full amount would be readded to my credit card account.
