First, as a former employee, i have learned that two of the sons open up start up a/c companies for short periods of time for mearly profit, only to turn around and give up their customers, because they don’t want to deal with the PMA’s(preventative maintainence aggrements), so they “sell”” the company

to do the whole cycle again. Also as a recent employee of theirs found out that they are cutting their appointment setting employees out of their fair share of profits due to bad lead management( disconnected/wrong numbers or moved away)
