Contracted to have new granite countertops and backsplash made and installedupon installation a small piece of the backs splash was either broke when they took it off their truck or it was misplaced?? They told me it needed to be remade as the top was made from a slab of granite.That was almost 2 1/2 years ago?? I have been to their shop at least 10 times 4 times they told me they lost the measurement. Which I went home and remeasured and drove back to there POB and hand deliverd same.The piece that is missing is in the Middle of the counter top and is an eyesaw!! The last time I went to the shop was about 3 weeks ago the secretary told me that they have been busy working Downtown Naples in the Hirises because all the s****.>
