I bought two 3 switch controls for my house, but because the switches in my house are in the middle of a series of switches, the brilliant switches won’t work. They need to be at the end apparently. I contacted them to get a refund and they wouldn’t allow it. Since I couldn’t get a refund and I actually would like to use the switches, I asked them to exchange the 3 switch controls for other ones like a 2 and a 4, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. They sent me an return code to send back the 3 switch controls, and I mailed them back. They then mailed back the exact same switches. I contacted them and said that they will not exchange and were rude and short about it. I said I would pay more money just to get the switches that will work, and they refuse. So cool idea, but they don’t work. And they won’t refund or exchange.
