Bragada shipped me two mattresses and a split-king bed. The mattresses were described by Bragada as being 18 & 1/2 inches high, with many very desirable luxury features, that were described as having unsurpassed luxury attributed to the very highest qualities & many Exclusive Design Features that made the Mattresses world class, second to none. Instead of the 18 1/2 inch high mattresses, they measured only 15 inches high. They were poor quality and trying to sleep on them was a horrible experience of troughing and high body heat causing profuse sweating,very frequent awakenings, and being unbearably uncomfortable, enough so that getting a good night of rest was impossible. I notified Bragada right away, informing them about their having shipped me the wrong mattresses and describing our bad sleep experience using their bed. I thought Bragada would quickly correct their mistake, but no, Bragada did not do anything. Bragada also never would set their “no help”” decision in writing to me. Bragada would not admit they sent me the wromg order
