I ordered one package from Boland naturals and received a second package a few weeks’ later without ever having ordered it. I phoned their customer service and was told that they would not accept the unopened package back, and that I would be billed regardless. nThey said that upon receiving my first package, I should have phoned them to tell them to stop further deliveries. Customer service told me that if I chose to send the unopened package back to them, then they still would require payment for the product returned. nThis is a scam! This hurts the reputation of all Swedish companies, which are usually honest and forthright in their business operations. Consumers have the right to return any unused or unsatisfactory product in the United States within 30 days of purchase.
