I made the mistake of ordering the free sample of Enzyte from Berkeley Premium nutraceuticals. We opened the package up and looked at it and never even opened the bottle. My husband thought it was a waste of time. nToday I recieved another package in the mail from the same company and was confused where it had come from. I knew I hadnt ordered more because we never used the first “FREE”” sample we ordered. I called the company and was basically told to suck air and die. I was told that I was automatically enrolled into this managed care program and that my credit card was automatically billed for it and to not send the product back because they would not accept it and that I would not recieve a refund. Not only was I told this but I was also told that they did not have to give me any information concerning the company or any president or CEO’s name or information at all. And that there was nothing I could do about it. nI persisted and called back and got another person this time who gave me the name MARK JOHNSON as the owner of the company and that I would have to write to him about my complaints. I DID NOT order this managed care

Nor was it included in the comercial that runs on national television. They have committed fraud and I hope that someone who knows what to do see this and helps us get our money back. I think a Class action lawsuit is in order here. I for one will help with it nDawnnSouth CarolinaU.S.A.”
