I called for a 30 day free trial which was never shipped. Since I never received it, there was no way to call and cancel the automatic shipments. nUpon calling, was told by a very unhelpful and rude person named Broderick, that the merchandise was never shipped due to an incorrect address, that the company has no refund policy, and that there was nothing he could do. Said a supervisor would be calling me in a few days to clear it up. nHowever, it is one week later and no call. The company now does not answer the phone. My credit card has now been billed for $146.00 and no way to retrieve it that I can see.
