greetings all, i am a former employee of the company berekeley. And i would like to take a second to inform you a lil bit of how this campany runs. ni did not work there very long but i did work there long enough, i was so called trained in about eight hours and put on the phone taking orders and dealing with peoples credit cards. nalthough i did work there i was honest with customers. Although there were a few peope who wrote up false orders to make more money and ended up chargeing people alot more. nCustomers usually end up getting the wrong order and call there “customer care”” where it is there unwritten policies nogotiate and try to do anything to keep that customers money. nDon’t get me wrong like i said there were a few honest people doing a good job but there were thoes that weren’t. nAnd last but not least “”cancelling managed care”” the automatic billing and shipping program. Alot of the time if you were informed of this by a rep you have two options calling or visiting the website. nBy calling you have a 50/50 chance of getting your managed care cancelled if not you get shipped and billed 2mo. for $70.00 which they will conviently try to talk you out getting your money back for it. As for the website 9 times out of ten cancelling onine doesn’t even work and again see scenario above. nWell i guess to put it bluntly do not do buisness with this company. njimnmillwaukee
