HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, VERY BAD ATTITUDE, You don’t want this technician RICK GARZA in your house. He is so DISHONEST that even Devil looks an angel. My refrigerator stopped cooling/freezing so I called my home warranty. In minutes they sent me an email that AUSTONIAN Appliance has been assigned and please call him to set up the appointment. I called his number which went to his voice mail where he left another phone number to call , I called that number which belonged to some ANGELA, also a voice mail. I left messages on both voice mails explaining the fridge situation and requested a call back to my phone number. No phone call came that day, that was May 11, Next morning on May 12, I received a call from Mr. Rick Garza that he is the tech and he will come to my house between 9 and 10. I was very happy for his response. He arrived my home at time , my wife and Son were home, He walked in the Kitchen and told my son that he is going to order parts OVERNIGHT and as soon as parts arrive , he will come back and fix the fridge. Now please give my trade fee. (Now imagine he didn’t open the fridge to check or test any defective part or make diagnosis through fridges own computer system.He simply made the diagnosis by looking at closed fridge). My son wrote him a check and he left. When I called him next day he didnot reply my phone , I left him a message but no reply. Through half day I used my work phone and called him, He immediately picked up , When I asked him about completing the work, His answer was, I have not received the parts and DON’T CALL, Call your Home Warranty. I called Home Warranty and found out he did not order the parts until next day. Any way I requested the Home Warranty people if They can ship it Overnight and they said, yes we will do that. Rick Never called back or answered my phone. Any way after tracking the shipment, part was delivered to him on May 12, Thursday, I called him and left message, Please call me tomorrow morning (Friday) to set up the appointment. No call, I called Home Warranty, They tried to contact him and he did not reply to them. Home warranty Rep told me that she had left a message for urgency and he will contact you today. All day Friday No Call. I was very upset, On saturday morning I called him and left a message on his voice mail. No call but he text me that Monday (may 23rd) is a holiday and he will be off and he will call me tuesday morning. ( He is a liar too). I text him what Holiday? Memorial day is next monday the 30th. Please call me , We don’t have a fridge for a week. No reply, left several messages, but no call or text. Tuesday morning I got text from him that he will come to my home between 4 and 6 PM. Since I hev already given him the money, I just wanted to get my fridge running, so I said OK. He came and did some work (Honestly I don’t know, if he ever replaced any part), By that time fridge was bone dry so there was ice or any thing. In 30 minutes he turned on the fridge and left saying it should be working fine. That was exactly14th day that fridge started cooling. that was tuesday, By saturday we felt that fridge is not cooling again, removed the back panel and saw mountain of ice builtup, seems that defrost heater that he replaced was not working…Surprise, surprise, called the home warranty people on sunday, they called and told that he is not picking up his phone that they have left a message for him to urgently contact you. Waited for his phone, No phone on Sunday , No reply, text him and he replied will call you Tuesday morning for appointment. Tuesday morning no call, text him again and he said will call you tomorrow morning. No call wednesday morning Text him if he can come today, he text back will call you tomorrow. I called Home warranty people, I DO NOT want this person in my house, Please assign me another company. They called me around 3 and left me phone number to call. I called that number it was “BREAKING POINT APPLIANCE REPAIR”” I called that number and left a message. within 30 minutes I got a call back fro Mr. Robert

I explained him the whole situation and told him that we been out of Refrigerator for so many days. Robert was very polite and understanding. He asked me several questions regarding fridge

problem and whats it doing

what parts were replaced and so on. He said he will be at my home between 6 and 7 that day. Fair enough he showed up on my door exactly at 6:05 came in opened the fridge
