Aqua Isles Miami Florida Review

HI,I was mislead by the office employee and the office manager Cynthia… I contacted the Regional Manager Allison Versaille and they still havnt contacted me. I was mislead on what was needed to move in credit wise…… They advised me that I was approved but I must pay my creditor… but my creditor is for my car loan in which I was involved in a car accident and still on my credit….. Janey advised me that if I’m approved I can move in but they called me 24 hours later and said your approved if you pay that debt…. that’s very misleading…. I know whats on my credit, if they were forthcoming and transparent I would have declined because I knew I couldn’t pay that…. Janey kept enticing us on a $500 gift card if we applied immediately….. I was given no property info she hand wrote everything on a blank sheet of paperI called Janey sunday evening and advised her that I felt mislead, she said only Cynthia can allow you to move in. She even said that Aqua looks at evections and debt owed to rental properties and that she would probably allow it… but when I called Cynthia, she was upset, she was not friendly…. She was short, she basically said to pay your bills … that is not how u deal with customers especially those who wanted to do business with you….. I feel mislead and $170.00 that was taken from me for the application fee could have gone to groceries or my child…..
