I ordered some small parts for my washing machine. I paid for express shipping. This is day 3 and according to tracking information, the post office has not received the shipment yet. My credit card has been charged. There is no mail address for this outfit. There is no phone number. They have not responded to my e-mails. The live help person named Brent that I communicated with was a wise guy. When I advised him to not be giving me wise answers because I would be contacting consumer affairs, he disconnected our communication. Now I have no idea if my order has been shipped, or will be shipped. I went on-line and googled Appliancezone.com complaints, I see that I am by no means alone with my experience. This is a fly-by-night organization. I would advise anyone who is considering doing business with them to not do so. Now I have to hassle with my credit card company to refuse to pay for the charge, my washing machine sits in limbo, and I have to find another place to get the parts I need.
