I called James Crain to fix my dryer and refrigerator on August 10, 2013. He came to my house and appeared to either be a complete savant or high on drugs. Unfortunately, it was probably the latter. He took my dryer apart, removing key parts and then stating he would be back 2 days later to fix it. He also attempted to repair my fridge but failed that task also. He charged me $695. He then told me several times he would come to the house to complete the repairs and he never did. He made excuses about being hospitalized, being in an accident, etc- all of which appear to be lies. One of his partners eventually paid me $300, but he still owes me $395. Do not use Mr. James Crain of Reno, Nevada. He is a first class rip-off artist.
