I purchased an outdoor misting fan at a South Florida home show. Shortly after delivery 5/25/09, I began having issues. They came out to try and address it, but told me they would just replace the fan. That was in September of 2009. I called, emailed and faxed repeatedly, but my contact, Stuart, never returned any of my 50+ communications. How can you not even return a call to say you’re still working on it? That’s all I ever wanted. I’ve even driven by their offices, though no one was there. I contacted their sister office in Naples. I spoke with a gentleman named Jim. He was helpful and provided me Stuart’s personal cell phone and email address, which he still didn’t answer. Jim had some influence over Stuart, but could not mandate his actions. Jim assured me he spoke with Stuart on several occasions where he encouraged Stuart to contact me. Even after his colleague got involved, Stuart still refused to contact me. I left him a final voice mail and email asking him to please contact me, or I’d be forced to take action. Still, I heard nothing. As a result, please DO NOT purchase any products from Airflow Outdoor Cooling, as they clearly don’t stand behind their products.
